Hale Ho`ola Hamakua has been a Critical Access Hospital since 2005. We offer emergency, acute and long term care, including laboratory and x-ray services. We have 11 acute and skilled nursing beds and 66 long term care beds. A large component of our long term care involves restorative nursing to help our residents achieve their goals of living as independently and safely as possible.
We also have inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services that include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. Hospital support services include central supply, recreation, restorative nursing, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, business and administrative services.
